Arctic Tan offers a variety of choices when placing an order.

Orders by FAX OR EMAIL - List your business name , phone number, product and
quantity and credit card number. (We recommend paying by credit card to avoid
the $8.50 UPS, C.O.D. fee)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash. Cash/C.O.D
payments require an additional $8.50 UPS fee. In the event of payment default,
customer will be responsible for all collection fees incurred, including a $50.00 NSF Charge. All refused C.O.D. packages are subject to a 25%
re-handling fee that must be paid before future orders are shipped, any future
orders will be prepaid. All lamp, acrylic and equipment are to be prepaid by credit
card or certified cheque prior to shipment.
Discontinued items or packaging changes are considered as non-returnable merchandise.
When returning a product, call your sales rep for a Return Authorization
Number (RMA), which must be written on the outside of the box being
returned. Returned products must be received in good condition and without price
stickers. Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned items will
be credited to your next order. Arctic Tan is not responsible for return shipping
charges. Return charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
All sales are final on the following items: Equipment, Lamps, Parts, Acrylics, Sale
Items, Apparel, Swimwear, Perishable Items, Neon Signs, and any special or customized
item(s). Please be sure when ordering parts, lamps and acrylics that you
provide your equipment make and model numbers and/or part numbers from the
original part to insure that we ship you the correct item (s).
If possible all orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped that same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 will be shipped the next business day.
Arctic Tan will pay the ground shipping charges on lotion orders over $250.00.
(Lamps, acrylics and equipment are not included) There will be an additional
$5.00 residential delivery fee added to all orders deemed residential by UPS. Next day and 2nd Day Air is available. (Extra shipping rates will apply)
Arctic Tan will no longer process backorders. All back ordered items will have to be reordered. We will make every effort to keep all items in stock.
Occasionally we will be out of stock due to vendor shortages, shipping delays etc.
Every effort is made to maintain catalogue prices and new product availability
throughout the year. However prices and special offers are subject to change without
notice. Arctic Tan is not responsible for any typographical errors and/or
omissions in this catalog. All items are subject to availability.
Arctic Tan can special order many items or products that are currently being
offered by a manufacturer but do not appear in our catalogue. Just ask us!
Terms: Advance check, credit card (Visa, MC and American Express) only.
Packaging and Insurance: Cost determined by amount shipped.
Defectives: We will honor defective lamps ONLY 10 days after receipt. Excessive defects and so-called “bad” lamps will have to be sent to
the manufacturer for testing. If the manufacturer deems the lamps to be within specs and tanning properly, you will be responsible for all
charges incurred, call-tags, testing etc…) If lamps are found to be defective, full or partial credit will be given.
Damages: If a shipment should be delivered damaged for any reason, please ACCEPT delivery and notate the number of lamps damaged.
It is important that you accept delivery so we will not have more damaged lamps if they are refused and returned to us. We are more than
happy to replace lamps that are damaged as long as it is reported properly. If damage is not noted immediately and reported properly,
absolutely NO credit will be given. If lamps have been damaged on a shipment and it is not noted and you want the lamps shipped right away, you will be charged for the lamps in question and all shipping costs. If later damage has been verified, all costs will be credited to
your account.
Shorted or Missing: Any lamps shorted or missing from shipment must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
